This is one of our most generously sized suites and possibly the one that most illustrates the medieval roots of the house. It is named for an olive press, still a fundamental part of Cà di Pesa’s way of life. The living room, with its vast daybed fashioned out of an old fireplace and its ancient stone sink, was once a kitchen. Now it has been combined with the adjacent rooms to make a luxurious space with a dramatic canopy bed, charming bathroom and rich array of artwork.
