This suite takes the Italian name for a compass, and it comprises the top two floors of the medieval watch tower. This was the commanding view over the surrounding countryside that made Cà di Pesa so crucial as a defensive post in the Middle Ages. The large living room was hand painted, drawing inspiration from the extraordinary Palazzo Davanzati in Florence.
